Refunds & Cancellation Policy – Higher Mind App
Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for new Higher Mind App subscribers (the length of the trial is as stated at the time of signup).
- You can cancel any time during the free trial and you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fee will be charged.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app store or platform where you subscribed (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website, if applicable).
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to the app until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
When we do offer refunds
We only offer refunds if you were unable to use the app because you could not sign in, for reasons beyond your control. This includes situations such as:
- You were unable to create an account or log in at all due to a technical issue on our side.
- There was a persistent error preventing you from accessing any of the app’s content, despite reasonable troubleshooting.

- Include the email address used for your account, details of the issue, and screenshots if possible.
- Requests must be made within a reasonable time after the charge (e.g. within 14 days).
When we do not offer refunds
Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds in the following situations:
- You forgot to cancel before the end of the free trial and were charged.
- You chose not to use the app, or did not log in, after your subscription started.
- You changed your mind about the app after the free trial ended.
- You did not cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws (including Australian Consumer Law, if you are in Australia).
