Affirm the New, Release the Old

The practices of affirming your aspirational identity (new self) and releasing your conditioned identity (old self) are part of the Wise Confidence framework. Use them to help you continuously shift into your ideal self.

These techniques are all based on the PAW Method. You pause your autopilot (conditioned self), become aware of your aspiration and values, then use your willpower to apply one of the techniques, and shift your state here and now.

Use them to navigate negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs, difficult emotions, anxiety, and self-doubt.
