Planning is the first step in manifesting your aspirations into reality, and proof that you are not only a dreamer, but a committed creator. As one of the disciplines of the Higher Mind System, planning includes several practices—the most important of which is planning how you spend your time.

For that purpose, you will find a Day Plan and Week Plan tool in this app. Simply follow the prompts step by step, and you are good to go. These tools will help you be more organized with your tasks, more effective in time management, and more focused on what matters most. They will help you train your awareness and your willpower

Most people find that best time for doing day planning is in the morning, as part of your morning routine or right after it. This is how I guide my coaching clients to implement it. Some people, however, prefer to do it the night before, and that can also work. As for week planning, I suggest doing it Sundays or Mondays.
