Reflect Articles
by Giovanni Dienstmann
“Grow your wisdom and awareness.”
What it is
To reflect is to take time to think deeply, so that you can fine-tune your mindset, beliefs, and strategies. Self-reflection shows you what you need to change in yourself, in your environment, and in your approach so that you can smoothen your path, feel better, and be more effective. This includes putting in the work needed to shift your mindset and cultivate the virtues that will uplift your life.
Why it matters
If you are not reflecting, you are not growing. You end up repeating the same mistakes, and your journey is longer and more painful than it needs to be.
How to get started
Start a simple daily journaling practice where every night you reflect on what you are grateful for, what points you need to improve on, and decide your intention for tomorrow. Once that is a solid habit, implement weekly reviews.
Going deeper
