The challenges with confidence

It is likely that you have already tried to grow your confidence or self-belief in the past, but didn’t get the results you were after.

I get it. I’ve been there. Transforming yourself in this way can be very challenging, especially if you are doing it on your own and without the help of a proven system.

It could be that you are subconsciously resisting the very idea of being confident. You may associate it with arrogance, conceit, self-delusion, or selfishness.

This is where the concept of Wise Confidence comes in. It is based on insights from mindfulness, psychology, and the teachings of ancient spiritual traditions. It balances self-belief with humility and self-awareness, giving you a model of confidence that you can say a wholehearted yes to.

Another possible challenge is that perhaps you find it too hard to overcome your limiting beliefs, your past, or your self-image. It can feel almost impossible for you to be any different.

  • your identity was shaped by ongoing experiences of bullying, trauma, or criticism, and it’s hard for you to feel healthy self-esteem and self-belief

  • Use the ROAR Method to process impulses and difficult emotions
  • The power of energetic shifting
  • Using anchors for confidence, including the LION Mudra
  • Use Passive Imagination to release inner resistance and unblock yourself
  • Use Active Imagination to create confidence and dissolve negativity

The Action Pillar is all about expressing self-confidence in your daily life. You will learn how to:

  • Speak in a more empowered way
  • Use quick confidence boosts in times you need them most
  • Overcome your fears in a safe and effective way
  • Develop a simple routine with all the key practices from the program
  • Create powerful Never Zero commitments
  • Cultivate the three most important virtues needed for personal transformation
